About me
The AAC Club was founded in the spring of 2021 by a group of Communication Sciences and Disorders majors passionate about learning to serve individuals who rely on AAC for effective communication. The founding board, recognizing the ongoing evolution, complexity, and importance of AAC, was dissatisfied with the limited exposure undergraduate students had to the field. Inspired by a desire to learn more, educate others, and support other AAC-related organizations, the students founded the AAC Club with the help of Dr. Lisa Erwin-Davidson.
